Do I have to pay to use Thanked!?

 

No! You can gain access to all Thanked!'s great features completely free. You'll only have to pay once you're happy Thanked! is working for you and you've got more than 5 testimonials on your account. Even then, you only pay according to how many testimonials you've got.

How do you charge me?

 

Once you've got more than 5 testimonials, we charge on a sliding scale depending on the number of testimonials in your account. Charges are invoiced monthly in advance and are payable within 30 days. Your invoices are kept in your account for your records.

Are there any discounts available?

 

Yes - if you buy a whole year's subscription, we'll give you 2 months free! After you've registered, just contact your dedicated account manager or hello@thanked.me to arrange this.

What if I no longer want to use Thanked!?

 

With Thanked! you're not tied into any long-term contracts - you can cancel at any time. To stop using Thanked!, please contact your dedicated account manager or hello@thanked.me and we will deal with it straight away.
