Stephen Hursthouse, Wivenhoe, Essex We had a new boiler, hive control system and hot water tank thermostat fitted to our house by Valcore. They provided excellent advice and have been by far the best plumbers we have had. Excellent communication and very professional in terms of responding to queries/emails (which is a rarity with many trades people in our experience!). Brett worked very diligently while onsite and solved problems without a fuss. The working area was always tidy at the end of each day. He was a stickler for the details from precise pipework to trying to match the replacement bricks (virtually mission impossible). He did an excellent job and I would happily recommend Valcore to anyone. Oh and we have a new boiler, hive heating controls and a lovely warm house thanks to Brett!
