Don Hill, Forest Ranch, CA Having been involved in online marketing for over ten years, I have to say that Michelangelo's "WoW'ategy" is one of the most brilliant marketing strategies I've seen to date, because it recognizes things as they really ARE in the online marketing world, and not just as people unrealistically want them to be!
Thanks for opening my eyes and re-introducing me to principles which I knew all along, yet were lost in the cloud of phony "guru-ism" that permeates the IM niche these days! It's proof that when you put your customers first in everything you do, it becomes almost impossible to fail!
